Are you using the GlassFish Tools Bundle for eclipse or your own eclipse
with the glassfish plugin? If the former, this sounds slightly similar
to https://glassfishplugins.dev.java.net/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=178 in
which case we might have missed something for the linux case....
