Hi Balbir
Someone from the admin team should be able to help you with this as
cluster configuration and persistence of config state is part of admin
infrastructure. I admit I do not have suffflicient knowledge to help
here.

One thing that might help in general is post logs so folks from that
team could get a better idea of the underlying issue.
