iptables on Linux? Got a firewall running?

I first noticed it when I was setting my DNS to a static DNS since I use a static IP, but I didn't know what I would change it to even if I wanted to so I left it. My computers are all behind a router so I'm not sure that elmore.rr.com should be the domain.
