I'm trying my web service and I keep getting this error message :

"Unable to open web service tester page:
http://localhost:8080/WebApplication/WebApplication
Make sure the service has been deployed successfully, and the server is running"

The server is running and I tried my web service after doing my deploy. I know it's probably a setting that I have to modify but I just can't see where.
