We are using Glassfish (Sun Java System Application Server 9.1_02 build b04-fcs) to deploy a web application that exhibits odd behavior. When we first deploy the app using autodeploy, it starts up fine and can be used. When we restart the app server, we experience a hang. This only seems to happen on on 32 bit jvms, as we can deploy to a 64bit jvm and things seem to work fine.
I've attached 2 jstack traces to show the "normal" thread dump and the "hung" thread dump. Can anyone tell me from these thread dumps what could be wrong?
