The exception seems to come from the jdbc driver.
can you post your connection pool configuration (GF-INSTALL-DIR/domains/<domain-name>/config/domain.xml) ?
and
the exceptions from server.log :
GF-INSTALL-DIR/domains/<domain-name>/logs/server.log) ?
