When running the ant setup script i get the following:
Please set java.home to a JDK installation.
Prior to this msg the script reports that java.home is set to the actual JDK directory and that the version is 1.6.0_12.
So, if it knows this why can it not find the java.home.
The environment variable JAVA_HOME is set to the location of the JDK root.
