Thanks for the link to the Enterprise Server, somehow I missed that.

I've been wondering why the load balancer installer isn't just bundled with the standard Glassfish. Hopefully, the value-add of tech support and latest patches would encourage people to buy a license rather than getting access to a non-crippled version of the software to avoid a few hours of manual pain. (I've encouraged the customers I work with to purchase a support license just to help the product flourish.)

The licensing is unclear to me for the Enterprise Server as well. I didn't see anything during the quick perusal of the licensing agreement that explicitly mentioned having to buy a subscription in order to use the software. Is that implied by one of the legal statements in the licensing agreement? What are the exact terms of usage? (Or, what business goals is the license addressing?)

Also, is it really true that the load balancer will not support a 64 bit JVM? If so, does the JVM for Glassfish and the Web Server have to be 32 bit or just the Web Server?
