I mean to say you click "Download additional server adapters" from the
New->Server menu and the dialog comes up but no server plug-ins are
populated like it shows in your documentation here:
https://glassfishplugins.dev.java.net/eclipse33/index.html.

I have no proxy to configure, so I'm not sure why this happens.
