I have tried this in GlassfishV2.1 and Glassfish V3 Prelude both are incorrected.
if the url has parameter like that http://XXX/tt.jsp?id=RqPnCoPT3K9%252Fvwbh
I got the id = "RqPnCoPT3K9%2Fvwbh".
