This is what I have installed for Glassfish.
Installing Sun Java System Application Server 9.1 Update 1 with MySQL Community Server
Log file: C:\Sun\AppServer\Sun_Java_System_Application_Server_9.1_Update_1_with_MySQL_Community_Server_install.B01250428
Install complete.
I do not have a setup.xml nor a cluster-setup.xml file anywhere under C:\Sun\AppServer.
Theres a second post with install logs.
