Http listener shutting down

We have a SUN application server platform edition 8.2 server running with the SSL port enabled on port 8181. We have been receiving this message in the logs

[#|2009-02-24T12:13:35.428-0600|SEVERE|sun-appserver-pe8.2|javax.enterprise.system.container.web|_ThreadID=20;|WEB0765: http-listener [SSL: ServerSocket[addr=/0.0.0.0,port=0,localport=8181]] shutdown due to exception: java.io.IOException: Unable to establish loopback connection|#]

off and on for a few days. The problem seems to go away on its own after 10 or 15 minutes, but will reoccur again throughout the day. It causes any SSL connection to timeout. Can anyone offer some advice on how to take care of this issue or let me know what could be causing it? Thank you!
