Create-Mbean and create-management-rule is not working in 8.2 sun server

Hi,

I have installed windows version of Sun Java SystemApplication Server Enterprise Edition 8.2 from JES5 suite. It have been installed successfully.When i am trying to create Mbean and managementrules using the asadmin utility of the server, it is saying command not found error is throwing. But the sun java SystemApplication Server Enterprise Edition 8.2 administration guide tells that the commad exists. Can any one help on this.

Will sun java SystemApplication Server Enterprise Edition 8.2 supports Mbean and management rules to which now exists in glassfish server(9.1)?
