Could you verify if you have done the following
* Set the LD_LIBRARY_PATH environment variable to /opt/mqm/java/lib and restart the application server. For example in *NIX system, based on the choice of your shell. you would type in
$ export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/opt/mqm/java/lib
