Coincidently, another user reported possible memory leakage in Jsr199 compiler today. So that can be the source for your problem. I've attached jasper-jsr199.jar here, and hopefully this will fixes your problem. You can drop it into <glassfish>/lib, but make sure to remove all Jsp199JavaCompiler*.class from <glassfish>/lib/appserv-rt.jar.
