So, you are running your "server" on a "DHCP client" and want others to connect to it?
Why? :-P
Anyway, why can't you make the default server behavior (binding to ALL the interfaces) prevail? Then you can play the /etc/hosts or C:/Windows/etc/hosts tricks on the client to reach the server.
