I found out that when I run the website through Netbeans it runs on port 8282. My default domain runs on 8080, and stopping my default domain does not stop the domain running on 8282. The domain on port 8282 continues running whether netbeans is Running the application or not. I only see domain1 listed in my glassfish\domains directory, so I don't understand this.
