If I copy my jar file to <install-dir>/lib and run the create-mbean command I get the same result.
Class: test.jmx.Test could not be loaded by findClass method.
CLI137 Command create-mbean failed.
Then after I restart my server I can deploy the mbean with the jar file located in <install-dir>/lib
