Yes, you will need to restart this way. The other dynamic way is to copy the mbean class and its
interface (if a standard MBean) to the applications/mbeans.
Yes, mbeans folder is supposed to have mbean classes, not jars. The documentation was
wrong if it suggested that you could put your jar file in mbeans.
