What is the instance used in your deployment, i.e., do you have a
cluster with instances or you deploy it directly on DAS(domain admin
server)? If case is former, stop and start of instance should suffice.
However for later case when DAS is used, you cannot use
stop-instance/start-instance command to restart DAS. Hence you need to
use command stop-domain/start-domain for that purpose.
