For v3, you suppose to be able to move your GlassFish installation to other location. But we have this hard coded path for both system and user deployed application. We need to fix this, otherwise the feature is broken.
I have filed https://glassfish.dev.java.net/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=6528 and hopefully we can fix this in v3 prelude.
