Thank you for the response, I've looked over that page but it doesn't quite address my issue.
The patch im specifically interested in is dated after the final release of 9.1_02/gf v2ur2... That document is specifically targeting platform updates to major version increments (specifically in that document: 9.1 to 9.1_01). I've already got the latest "final" build of each (SJSAS 9.1_02 and gf v2ur2), but need the additional updates that have been applied to the codebase afterwards.
I'm hoping I don't have to get the glassfish source and compile from scratch... I would prefer either the standalone files to apply for the patch, or a pre-compiled binary dist of glassfish (I can't seem to find any later binary builds past v2ur2)

GFv3 update tool will support this type of product updates. For GFv2 on Windows, you need to install GFv2UR2 and upgrade.
Try sun.com/glassfish [Get It] tab to download the binaries.
