I've the same problem, as described in this thread. I can't get Glassfish sending the Indermediate CA to the Client.
I followed the tutorial "Using SSL with GlassFish v2" mentioned above. I've imported the signed certificate (VeriSign) to keystore.jks and executed the Java-code. After that I imported the Intermediate certificate to cacerts.jks. But it seems as if Glassfish is still not sending this... IE accepts the certificate. But new Firefox 3 still says "signed by unknown CA", the same message I get when I try to start a Java Webstart Application.
Do you have any ideas?
