The sequence of event is as follows:
1. start transaction with PU1
2. commit transaction with PU1
3. query modified data using PU2.
i.e. the commit is done before if i lookup using PU2.
Also, if I do the same query on PU1, before using PU2, I am getting up-to-date data.
