Running Glassfish in a similar environment, I found the following two
resources useful: While [1] should give you a short-term relief from
that, you really should have a look (i.o.w. read through the
Linux-relevant chapters of) the "Performance Tuning" manual for SJSAS
9.1 to get your system prepared for running a production glassfish
environment. Don't worry, it doesn't bite, but it surely helps. ;)
