Which version of glassfish/sunas are you using? The latest is v2ur2.
What command are you running?
Does the domains/domain1/logs/server.log file contain any meaningful
error message?
Note the auto-deploy dir only lists *autodeployed* apps.
You may want to run bin/verifier on your archive.
