I think that FAQ is missing an entry somewhere that says:
"The old name for Sun's commercial and supported distribution of
GlassFish v2 is 'Sun Java System Application Serve 9.1'. The new name
for the same is 'Sun GlassFIsh Enterprise Sever v2'"
