I was experimenting with manual deployment in Glassfish and I noticed that when I used to deploy from Netbeans during development the IDE sets the JMS factory and queue for MDB and the database pool. Now to manually deploy my enterprise application I had to set these from the console and I am wondering if there is any way to produce a deployment plan and define these and without the need to set these parameters from the console.
