Interesting - yes I'd totally disagree with their conclusion that the root
cause is a documentation issue. A documented work around for a bug in the
Glassfish Windows service installer is more like it. That's sort of like a
car dealer advertising a car that drives down the road on four wheels then
when you buy it they hand you a book that documents how to put the wheels on
the car.
