Alas, none of your comments is visible there. Thus your addressees might not see your replies (I guess most forum posters do _not_ read the user mail lists as well).
I do not know about the rules for syncing forum posts and this mailing list. If I recall it correctly it was possible a few months ago to reply to a forum post in the mailing list and the reply would be visible as postings in the forum. Is this broken?

Also don't forget that filling bug reports could even earn you money
(see http://glassfish.org/GAP). The hardest part is filling the bug.
The rest is easy as sending an email.
