this is good advice.
You should read up on the effect of --portbase and/or --domainproperties options of the asadmin sub-command 'create-domain' before you start creating the domains. You have to make sure that 7 or 8 ports per domain have unique values... If the ports on two domains overlap, the resulting errors can be confusing... especially to folks just "gettign started"...
