Kenneth,
A Google search of "GlassFish classpath suffix" yields on the first page of results some helpful hits, and from one of those hits (Amy Roh's blog) you find two ways to do what you asked about:
(Admin GUI -> Application Server -> JVM settings -> Path Settings -> Classpath Suffix) or domain.xml edit (<java-config classpath-prefix="...." classpath-suffix="" ....> )
And a search of the Sun documentation site for "app server 9.1 classpath suffix" yields, among other links,
http://docs.sun.com/app/docs/doc/819-3672/beade?l=en&a=view&q=application+server+9.1+classpath+suffix
I think either of these will answer your question.
