I do have the -server option in the JVM options, instead of -client. Is that what you are referring to?
I'm thinking my idea of "slow" is subjective. My computer seems to be the offender, not the server. If I try the website out from other computers, it zips right along.
I have run into another problem with the JDBC connection pooling, but I'll start another thread for that.
