Permissions are fine, if I restart the application instance, it would create a new file "server.log" where I want it to and start appending from there.
It's when it auto-rotates when the problem comes. There's an error logged which says it can't find a file "server.log" to append to. Which means, after rotation, a new server.log file is not created and the logger service seems to only append then.
Makes sense?
