I don't have a clue, but when I had Apache Tomcat running while installing NetBeans+Glassfish I also had some troubles. My advice is to stop the apache server, stop Glassfish and reinstall NetBeans and Glassfish, then check how the NetBeans/Glassfish work (with apache still shut down). If anything works correctly you'll at least know that it's a matter of clash between the two servers.
