Hi Kenny,

Are you trying to build GlassFish or install GlassFish?

If former, then follow the instruction for building GlassFish V2:
http://wiki.glassfish.java.net/Wiki.jsp?page=BuildInformation
Make sure that you have Maven 1.0.2 installed.

If latter, then download GlassFish V2 binary from here:
https://glassfish.dev.java.net/downloads/v2-b58g.html
and follow the instruction to unbundle and configure GlassFish.
You do not need Maven or CVS to install GlassFishV2.
