In case anyone is wondering, I tried with SJAS_EE 9.1 Install and IIS fails to load the plugin from this install as well. Same messages as initial post above.
It could be my setup, but as far as I can tell, no one uses IIS with ASLB and I'm marking it dysfunctional in my book until I can find someone else who's actually used it.
