The traffic on USERS_at_gf.dev.java.net continues to grow. We had over
1480 msgs last month (as a reference point, USERS_at_tomcat had 1590 posts
last month) and we seem headed for at least the same volume this month
(454 vs 383_at_TC).

How would people feel about following a convention of prefixing
GFv3-related threads with a "[v3]"? That would help with mail
filtering/prioritizing.
