Sorry, it couldn't be self-explanatory.
Actually, I want you to find out using asadmin <enter-relevant-command>. It will fail, but it should help you find that command. eg. try:
asadmin resource
asadmin create-resource-xxx
...
....
...
[see below when you are tired and still can't find it]
The commands are:
- asadmin create-resource-ref and
- asadmin delete-resource-ref.
