My JBI version matches with yours. Also, the Java EE Service Engine is able to successfully process your WSDL (&XSD) file.
With your latest comment, what I understand is that you are not seeing any exceptions in com.sun.enterprise.jbi.serviceengine.* package. But, you are seeing the exception only in com.sun.jbi.filebc.* package right? Please confirm.
