Which type of NetBeans 6.0 install are you using ("Web+JavaEE" or "ALL")?
Are you using the bundled version of Glassfish or a separate Glassfish install with this instance of NetBeans?
What type of Java EE module is this web service in and did you do anything special with it (security, etc.) before deploying the module?
