Important questions that need to be answered.
1. what version of NetBeans are you using?
2. Did you enter the correct username and password when you registered the instance?
3. Do you get a prompt from NetBeans to provide a user name and password when you attempt to start the app server?
4. What do you mean by, "i have tested the password..."?
5. Would you be able to attach a screenshot of what you are seeing when the deploy is stuck?
