I think those should work fine,
i was not able to pull a version number out of the jars... does nobody do this?
I believe your using Ubuntu... For the jars I did an 'apt-get install tomcat5.5'. take the files from there. You can uninstall after that if you want. Ping me here or on the ubunutu forums if you need more help... I am still hoping you can help me out with vhosting once you get back to that point.
