I'm a real newbie in this arena and perhaps way in over my head.

Install issues...

I noted these errors during the step install step "maven bootstrap all"

...

Despite the above, this install step completed with...

BUILD SUCCESSFUL
Total time: 5 minutes 37 seconds
Finished at: Tue Aug 14 15:50:44 EDT 2007

No other install/build errors were noted.

The above errors notwithstanding, on the strength of the "BUILD SUCCESSFUL" message, I decided to go ahead and attempt to start the server.

Looks to have started normally but ...

$ asadmin start-domain domain1
Starting Domain domain1, please wait.

Redirecting output to /opt/workspace/publish/glassfish/domains/domain1/logs/serv

Domain [domain1] is running [Sun Java System Application Server 9.1 (build local

Admin Console is available at [http://localhost:4848].
Use the same port [4848] for "asadmin" commands.
User web applications are available at these URLs:

Following web-contexts are available:
[/web1 /__wstx-services ].
Standard JMX Clients (like JConsole) can connect to JMXServiceURL:

Domain listens on at least following ports for connections:
[8080 8181 4848 3700 3820 3920 8686 ].
Domain does not support application server clusters and other standalone instanc

But the server log (attached) indicates some errors and I get a 503 response when attempting to to access the welcome page.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.
