Code freeze for V2 was July 30th, so my fix might not go into V2.

But it will certainly be in GlassFish V2 UR1. The fix will also be available in the nightly and promoted builds of both GlassFish and TopLink Essentials that can be downloaded from

I'll update issue 2991 as soon as I check in.
