FYI I had a very hard time in the UK getting a support contact quote for Sun App Server 9.0, nobody manning the sales or support lines know anything about Sun software support, and nobody in the partner programme (for which we are a member) ever called back when we asked about support.
If Sun App Server 9.1 is just a supported Glassfish V2 build then I don't think there would be much millage in offering support on Glassfish.
Saying that I would still like a support contract as we have major stability issues (it goes down once a week) with SJAS 9.01 UR1
