No thats exactly what I meant..... mine was pointing to the bundled AS bin directory rather than glassfish, so commands seemed to be doing something but it was for a completely seperate build.

thanx for help. what do you realy means by updating the class-path. In my environment variable i set the class-path for glassfish properly to: [b]\install-DIr\bin[/b]
Can you please explain if you mean something else?
