Thanks for your help. Yes now we got everything to work well. Also it was possible to create additional EJB Modules which are containing only the deployment descriptors ejb-jar.xml and sun-ejb-jar.xml and the persitence.xml file. And all classes where supported from a lib.
So I am back to the point that JEE5 is really cool :-)
