Is there a specific reason why you are using V1 instead of V2? We did
have a version of JBI and BPEL
on this but that's pretty old. You can find info here:

(JBI and BPEL technology was delivered under the name Project Open ESB
Starter Kit).
However, you may want to look at
http://open-esb.org for the most up to
date version JBI Runtime and
other components running on the latest and greatest version of
Glassfish along with the Netbeans based
tools.
