A little while ago, I had this Click-to-dial project
deploy fine using NB 5.5.1 but only on the second deploy
and after exercising the jdbc/sample database connection
from within NetBeans (Runtime tab).

I believe NB creates it in GF for you when you do it
first in the IDE (I don't recall DDL used to create
table at deploy-time).

I'll try this all again and change the parts of the
document for this sample that need an update.
